How to Fest

Queer Fear Film Festival takes place at a/perture cinema in downtown Winston-Salem, NC and online via Eventive.

Box Office

Look for the Queer Fear table in the lobby of a/perture cinema before each screening. Passes and tickets can (and should) be purchased online in advance.

VIP passes will be available for pick-up starting October 13 at 7 p.m.

Festival-goers can pick up will-call tickets or make ticket purchases at the Queer Fear table before their screening.

Box Office Policies

  • No refunds or exchanges except in rare cases of program cancellations.
  • All tickets are general admission.
  • All-Access Passholders must reserve tickets to each screening block in order to guarantee seating.
  • All-Access Passes are nontransferable.
  • Please silence all mobile phones and other devices.
  • Festival schedule and appearances are subject to change.
  • Recording devices are not permitted.
  • Most indie films have not been rated. Proceed with caution.

Photography/Recording Notice: Official Queer Fear Photographers will be taking photographs and/or video at any and all events throughout the duration of the festival. By taking part in this event, you grant Queer Fear Film Festival the right to release, publish, exhibit, or reproduce any photographs or video recordings for advertising, promotional purposes, inclusion on social media, or in any other context intended to promote Queer Fear Film Festival.

Travel

Flying in for Queer Fear? The nearest airport is the Piedmont Triad International Airport (PTI), 25 minutes from downtown Winston-Salem.

Garage Parking is available on the same block as a/perture cinema, in the Cherry/Marshall St Parking Deck. See more info.

Street Parking is available and is FREE after 5pm weekdays and all day/evening on Saturday and Sunday.
